Cancellation Late Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service booked. Day of cancellations or no-shows is a fee of 100% of the service booked. 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 prior to your appointment or provide someone to take your place for the service you scheduled. Please understand if you are 15 minutes late past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment can be considered a no-show. 

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling/leaving a voicemail at our House of Beauty front desk at (682)707-9691. You may also text/call/dm your technician. 

If your card is not able to be processed, an invoice will be sent and expected to be paid in full before rebooking with us again. The technician reserves the to right to charge your next service in full prior to booking in order to schedule again. 

Permanent Makeup Policy 

Consultation 

A $100 nonrefundable/nontransferable booking fee is required to schedule a consultation. This is to ensure you are serious and ready to receive the service. Consultations are required prior to scheduling any permanent makeup services. The booking fee will be applied to the future appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, the booking is void and must be repaid to book again. Please read contraindications prior to booking a consultations to insure you are a candidate for permanent makeup as you will not be refunded if it is decided at the consultation you are not a candidate. Bringing something to take notes is encouraged as each consultation is customized to your needs and expectations. 

Pmu session 

We require a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a nontransferable fee of 50% of the service booked. These appointments are typically booked 2-3 months in advance to give you time to make accommodations. We set aside 2.5-4 hours just for you, not committing to this time slot hinders my small business and that is why these policies are put in place. Please understand if you are 15 minutes late past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment can be considered a no-show. This will take away from time scheduled (30 minutes) to numb and be comfortable for the procedure. If you no-show your appointment, all future appointments will need to be paid in full prior to booking. If this happens more than once, we will be unable to offer services to you permanently.

Cover Ups & Previous Work

If you have work done by ANY ARTIST OTHER than Jessica, you are required to email multiple clear photos with no makeup to fortworthbrows@gmail.com to be approved for a consultation. Note when/where/who did them. If you show up to a consultation with previous work, you will be denied services and not receive a refund of the booking fee. The booking fee is non transferable to other services we offer. Removal 3 out of 4 times is likely necessary and always preferred for optimal results. We do not offer removal services at this time.
